PNC Bank offers a corporate mobile solution called Deposit On-Site, which allows businesses to deposit checks and manage their cash flow more efficiently. This service is available in conjunction with PNC's Deposit On-Site service and can be accessed by mobile users on the go.
To use this service, companies can contact their Treasury Management Officer or visit the PNC website. The Deposit On-Site Mobile App is designed for Android devices with an operating system of 5.1 or higher. With this app, users can download and launch the app, authenticate with their company's Operator ID and Password, and create deposits for one or more checks by taking a picture and entering payment details.
Deposits can be submitted to PNC multiple times a day or at the end of the business day. Users can also view open and submitted deposit details from their mobile device. For support, users can call 1-800-669-1518 or email tmcc@pnc.com.
While PNC does not charge a fee for this application, third party message and data rates may apply. A supported mobile device is required to use the app. Companies must have a Treasury Management Services Comprehensive Agreement with PNC Bank in order for their employees to access and use the mobile version of the Deposit On-Site service.
