Terms of Service - Subscription Details

Voodoo offers each account holder (the “Account Holder”) the option to select a weekly subscription (the “Subscription”) priced at 24.99 USD (the “Price”) to access specific services provided by Voodoo (the “Subscribed Services”).

Scope of the Subscription

Upon confirmation of purchase and successful payment charged to the Account Holder’s personal iTunes Account, access to the Subscribed Services will be granted. The Subscribed Services will unlock certain games for the Account Holder and remove all advertisements.

Pricing and Refund Policy

The Account Holder acknowledges that the Price for the Subscribed Services is final and non-refundable.

International Purchases

The Price is listed in US Dollars. For Account Holders residing outside the U.S.A., the Price may vary due to currency conversion fees.

Changes to Pricing

Voodoo reserves the right to modify the Price and the inventory of Subscribed Services at any time.

Termination of Subscription

Voodoo may cancel, suspend, or terminate the Account Holder's access to the Subscribed Services if:

• The Account Holder fails to comply with the terms.
• Voodoo suspects any unlawful activity associated with the Account Holder.
• Voodoo suspects fraud or misuse.

The Subscription will automatically renew unless the Account Holder opts out 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. If the Account Holder does not withdraw, they will be charged for the next Subscription period.

Managing Your Subscription

The Account Holder can manage automatic renewal settings through their iTunes Account settings. Upon expiration of the subscription period, if the Account Holder has opted out, their personal account will be closed.

Refunds and Compensation

Voodoo is not obligated to provide refunds for any remaining balance in the Account Holder's account, nor will it compensate for unused currency.
