Important Usage Guidelines

• NH Pay must be used on your personal mobile device (one device per person).
• For identity verification via card information, ensure that the phone number registered with your NongHyup card matches your current mobile number.
• To ensure safe service usage, the app cannot be used on modified smartphones.
• For your privacy and secure transactions, offline payments are only available when connected to a mobile network (3G/LTE/5G).
• Biometric authentication (fingerprint, Face ID) is available on compatible smartphones.
• To prevent unauthorized use, some transactions may be restricted for cards without registered passwords.
• Cash withdrawal (ATM) services are limited to one card registered with NH Pay, with a withdrawal limit of 500,000 KRW per transaction and per day.
• Gift cards do not support offline payment methods such as barcode or QR code transactions.

App Access Permissions

To utilize the NH Pay app, the following permissions are required:
