Unleashing the Spirit of Wuxia: A Journey into Open-Source RPG Development

Born from a passion for Wuxia games, I embarked on my coding journey two to three years ago. My initial goal was to explore the classic game "The Legend of the Condor Heroes" and attempt to recreate some of its intriguing features using Unity. This endeavor led me to share my work on the open-source community platform GitHub, where more and more enthusiasts joined in, driven by a shared love for the genre. Thus, this project was born.

This project is not about profit; it thrives purely on passion. Although it may still be in its early stages, we warmly welcome anyone who shares our enthusiasm to provide feedback or join our development community.

Introducing "Wuxia Chronicles: Start!"

"Wuxia Chronicles: Start!" is an open-source Wuxia RPG game framework designed to pay homage to the classic game "The Legend of the Condor Heroes." It serves as a platform for fans of such games to engage in creative endeavors and share their experiences. Within this framework, players can experience the sample project "The Remnants of the City," where they take on the role of Mo Chuanlin, the leader of the Mo Qiao Mountain Villa, who has mysteriously crossed over into the body of a young beggar. Players will unravel the mystery surrounding their own death.

Create Your Own Mods

Using this framework, you can create game mods and upload them to the Creative Workshop. Everything is free, driven solely by passion. We encourage interested individuals to join us. However, please note that without permission, no materials or resources from this project or its mods may be used in any other context, commercial or non-commercial.
